Masterpiece Alliance is a non-profit 501c3 organization that works with churches and other individuals and organizations to build an inclusive community that provides space, roles, and authentic friendship for our friends with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

While Masterpiece Alliance is not officially connected to any religious organization or church, the members of our Board of Directors find the inspiration for the vision and mission of Masterpiece Alliance in the following words written by the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 2:10:

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus,
so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.

From these words we believe the following:

• “For we are God’s masterpiece.”
  Each person is uniquely and beautifully created and loved by God.

• “He has created us anew in Christ Jesus.”
  Life is lived fully when it is modeled after Jesus. 

• “So we can do the good things.”
  Everyone is created for a purpose. 

• “He planned for us long ago.”
  God has created a unique purpose for each person.

Ephesians 2:10 is the source of our name, and while these words inspire our mission and shape our vision, Masterpiece Alliance welcomes and includes people of all beliefs.
