Scott Habeeb
Executive Director
Having an adult child on the autism spectrum, working with young people with disabilities in the public schools , and volunteering as Capernaum leaders for over a decade combined to compel Scott and wife, Julie, to desire to build community for friends of ALL abilities.

Leslie James
Director of Operations
A lifelong “Salemite” , Leslie is a CPA with over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. She is also a parent and sibling to people who live with disabilities. She considers it a true honor to be a community member among MA's friends of all abilities!

Julie Habeeb
Director of Community
A Virginia Tech graduate, Julie has worked as a special educator and as a director for a ed tech company. But her role as a mother of a daughter on the autism spectrum and as a Capernaum volunteer drove her to join MA’s team so she can lead others in building community for ALL.

Paul Duffy
Area Director (Salem & The North Side)
Paul graduated from Salem High and then got a degree in accounting from Randolph Macon., but God called him in a different direction. Inspired by his brother on the autism spectrum, he fell in love with MA’s mission to build community for people of all abilities. 

McKenna Habeeb
Sr Staff Associate (Salem & The North Side)
Born and raised in Salem, McKenna found a passion for building meaningful relationships through leading Young Life. a volunteer leader. This passion led her to join the MA Staff Team, where she can build relationships with our awesome community members.

Kelly Joan “KJ” Dinsbeer
Area Director (City & South County)
A New Jersey native, KJ found a sweet community through her mother’s work with people with disabilities. After Penn State and a year as Blue Ridge Fellow, KJ became MA’s first staff member and loves her the opportunity to create inclusive friendships and community.

Cole Huffman
Sr Staff Associate (City & South County)
A Craig County native, Cole graduated from Johnson University with a degree in Disability Ministry. Cole spent 20 years as a director for a healthcare company, but discovered his true calling by working relationally to build community and advocate for others

Silas Henderson
Staff Associate (City & South County)
Originally from Pennsylvania, Silas graduated from Virginia Tech and quickly started volunteering with MA. Silas is also on the autism spectrum and knows how it feels to live with a disability while knowing you were also created as Masterpiece and for purpose.
