Our Board of Directors
Masterpiece Alliance’s Board of Directors believes following Jesus Christ means living by the words of Jesus found in Matthew 22:37-40:
Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
The mission of Masterpiece Alliance is an expression of how the Masterpiece Alliance Board is trying to uphold Jesus’s commandments to love God and to love others.

Ashlee has a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, and is on the faculty of Liberty and Northwestern University.
Jason Debord
Jason owns a property management company serving throughout Virginia’s Roanoke Valley.
Marty Debord
Marty is in her third decade as a speech therapist serving the needs of young people in the City of Salem Schools.
Michael Elder
Angie founded St. Vincent's Home and the Blue Ridge Autism and Achievement Centers serving the Roanoke, Lexington and Lynchburg VA areas.
Board Treasurer
Michael is a director of technical accounting with a company out of Cary, North Carolina.

Kristin Elder
Kristin is a Senior Vice President with the public relations firm of Burson, based out of DC.
Shelly Fisher
Shelly, a stay at home mom, invests in the lives of others through women’s & high school ministry and community volunteer work.
Jeff Lakin
Jeff has worked with adolescents & young adults for 35+ years and is in his 2nd decade as Area Director for Young Life in Salem/Glenvar/N Roanoke.

Tad is a corporate and securities attorney who has been in practice for 2+ decades.
